Peru — Rutas del Inca Coffee

An aromatic mix of dark chocolate, strawberry shortcake, and cherries. Coffee beans you may want to keep in your pocket for on-demand smells, while going about the day. Pairs well with everything from making lists on the backs of junk mail envelopes, to petting a patch of moss while considering its functionality as a coaster. This multi-farm cooperative in Peru grows their beans around in small micro-climates, about 2,400m up in the mountains. Although there are lots of sustainable, regenerative, and supportive farming practices outside these stamps of approval, this one is fair trade and certified organic. Still making adjustments to the roast profile, as we enjoy playing with the process, but excited for others to have it in their cups. Perfect Enough for anyway you want to prepare it.
