This variety is a pink oyster (Pleurotus djamor) which is best for warm & humid environments (68 to 86 degrees fahrenheit) which is perfect for Hawai'i.  Directions are easy for all ages! Simply remove panel, cut a slit, mist liberally, and place near a window with indirect light. Get ready, because after 5-7 days of misting twice per day you'll start to see some magic!
