MDX Head Wrench

This is a Head Wrench to fit the Retaining Ring and High/Low Switch Ring in the MDX Head. There are 3 drive styles available: Standard:  Simply slip a suitable rod or screwdriver through the hole to gain leverage for tightening. 3/8" Hex Drive:  Any 3/8" socket should work to drive this. 1/4" Hex Driver:  This is a 3/8" hex with a pressed (not removable) on 1/4" power driver adapter. We use a DeWalt DCF815 12 volt cordless impact driver. Do not attempt to use an impact driver unless you are familiar with using one. It is easy to over torque.  CAUTION! Do NOT Exceed 80 ft-lbs of Torque. You Will Ruin the Ring and Your Head! 50 to 60 ft-lbs is Generally Sufficient. Do not attempt to use an impact driver unless you are familiar with using one.
