The H-600 series mixer have a bowl capacity of 60 quarts. With the use of an adapter and special agitators, 30 or 40 quarts bowls may also be used. The mixer is powered by 1-1/2 H.P. motor and is available for single phase electrical service. Designed primarily to mix food products; however, they are often used for various industrial applications.
