Gotha bomber airplane model. During 1917 and 1918 British people generally, and those who lived in London particularly, came to dread the air attacks by the "Gothas", a name which they applied indiscriminately to all German bombers making day or night raids. The Gotha G.V was a three-seat long-range bomber. It had a maximum speed of 87 mph, service ceiling of 21,325 ft, and a range of 311 miles. Mahogany Wood. Scale: 1/40.
