Minding Our Business Retreat - November 7th through 9th

Join in loving community with BIPOC women for a weekend of rest, healing, relaxation, and fun. We will gather in a beautiful, secluded location in Culpepper, Virginia three days of downtime and two nights of group experiences. The experience will also include: Daily Sound Baths, meditation, and breath work Cacao and Conversation on Friday Night Paint and Sip on Saturday evening with Art by Meech Freshly prepared, whole food meals Fresh bread baked daily Gift upon arrival Time and space to unwind, create, process and vegetate. Add-Ons We will have a massage therapist on property the entire weekend.
