Mama Soul Sessions - Event Ticket

LA mamas, we are so excited to bring you Mama Soul Sessions to kick off the summer season. If you've been yearning for release, connection, reflection, and energy recharge, come be in community with other moms and women desiring the same.  The day will kick off with some mingling followed by a grounding meditation and journaling session led by Midlife Awakening founder, Haely White. Get clear on your intention and what you want to manifest! We’ll then transition into breathwork facilitated by Kayla Silber, which will help to release stagnant energy and invite ease and flow. Then, we’ll finish with a relaxing soundbath by Candice Puthawala to promote rest and healing.  Enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments, as well as skin treatments by our venue host Albion Garden.  Spots are extremely limited.
