Why We Love It Becoming a mom is so beautiful! We give and feel love like we never thought could be possible. Sometimes, we all need little remind how how to take care of ourselves, to relax and to take some deep breaths. I love how the deck was thoughtfully created by a mental health counselor. Each deck is color coded and organized into sections from mild stress to more moderate stress. The cards are colorful, smooth and excellent quality (quite sturdy and doesn’t bend or wrinkle easily, if at all). With this deck, it feels like I’ve found another support system in the palm of my hands! Personally, I like to read through all of them and see which one resonates with me that day. Sometimes, I’ll put aside my favorites to do and make them easier to find. It gives you tips on how to be more mindful of your breathing and thoughts.
