Talia Tulle Adjustable Garter

Talia means dew from heaven and I couldn’t help but think the name matched this garter perfectly. Bright rhinestones, beads with silver accents, and faux pearls dot this laurel inspired trim like dew. All adorned on a blue hand pleated tulle and features an adjustable banding in the back for a perfect fit. Each garter is lovingly hand-made in studio and may have slight variations due to the one-of-a-kind artistic nature. Garter banding is adjustable and unique to M+J as it is patent pending.
