Nova Silk Tulle Adjustable Garter

Nova is full of delicate details such as luxurious barely-there French silk tulle hand dyed in the perfect pastel blue and adorned with clear and iridescent beads and rhinestones.  All set on a coordinating hand dyed blue velvet adjustable banding. Each garter is lovingly hand-made in studio. Hand dyed items may have colour variations due to the one-of-a-kind artistic nature. Garter banding is adjustable and unique to M+J as it is patent pending. Garters are handmade in studio based upon your design requests. Please allow 4-6 weeks for garters to be crafted.
