Arturo Villatoro, together with his son Vielmann, tends the land with care and vision. Vielmann brings a unique perspective to his work—shaped by more than a decade spent in Los Angeles, where he picked fruit before returning home. The contrast in labor conditions inspired his commitment to family farming, and since returning he has expanded the farm with new drying patios, worker housing, and additional land.
