Mana Organics brings you our classic and sought-after Masala Chai – a perfect blend of bold Assam black tea with natural whole spices that invigorates your senses. We make our masala chai from a family recipe that features exotic spices– Staranise, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Pepper, and Ginger. We add them to our tea whole – only crushing some slightly to improve brewing. Our Masala Chai comes directly from our family tea garden, Chota Tingrai Tea Estate. We blend our organic teas with locally farmed ingredients. Mana nurtures every tea used in every pack of our masala chai with 100% organic compost made site. We personally oversee the production of all our organic inputs. We use all the estate’s agricultural waste to create a closed loop system that maintains our natural resource balance. We plant green manuring plants to increase soil fertility. And we make several tons of vermicompost annually to increase soil carbon content and microbial activity in the soil. All organic sections
