The Immersion Dripper Switch is Hario’s latest innovation, blending immersion and pour-over techniques in a single, elegant device.  With traditional V60’s coffee is extracted by constant pouring of hot water. This V60 is made for immersion extraction, giving you more control and a more even extraction.
