The Inulin is transformed into a simple fructose/dextrose syrup through a basic heating and filtering process that allows the product to be considered 100% organic. Organic Agave Syrup is 1.4 times sweeter than refined sugar but does not stimulate digestive insulin secretion as do other sweeteners.
