A hand-thrown ceramic spoon rest in a speckled stoneware clay body. Glazed in an ivory food-safe glaze with a raw stoneware base. .5" H x 4" W  Seconds are perfectly imperfect (but completely functional) pieces. What makes a piece imperfect? Unintended variations in shape, size, glaze coverage, and/or other quirky qualities that make a piece truly one-of-a-kind.
