Handwoven Straw Lidded Tortillero Basket Tarahumara Sotol Single weave BasketHandwoven by Tarahumara artisans residing within the Sierra Madre canyons of Chihuahua, Northern Mexico.The basket features a traditional single weave pattern that is created using a technique passed down from generation to generation. The basket is round and comes with a lid that is also woven using the same technique. The lid is held in place with a woven strap that can be easily lifted to access the contents of the basket.
