First introduced as part of our Jeju Tea Tasting Set, this Korean green tea has made a triumphant comeback due to popular demand. Sejak (translated “thin sparrow”) is the second best grade of Korean green tea after woojeon (translated "before the first rain"), which is picked earlier in the spring. Many tea connoisseurs prefer sejak to woojeon for its bolder aroma and flavor profile.  Expect an elegant and smooth medium-bodied cup with a hint of floral and vegetal notes.
