Background This washed processed coffee comes to us from our friends at De La Finca traders sourced from small farmers in the Chiapas region in Mexico. Mexican coffees are a favorite at Maple Leaf for medium roast drinkers and we typically feature a single origin Mexican coffee about twice a year. Flavor Profile This coffee has a milk chocolate, brown sugar and cinnamon aroma with a lime, mildly floral and bakers chocolate taste with a creamy finish. Where This Coffee Works Mexican coffees are the go to option for folks looking for a low acidity, mellow and creamy option that is easy to drink all day long. We typically rotate between a Mexican and Peruvian coffee and any Peru coffee fan will feel right at home drinking this coffee. Though it won't have the same chocolate overtones as a Peru, it will be as easy to drink.
