Our 1st Year with Farmers Project of Costa Rica This is the first year we are working with the folks at Farmers Project Speciality Coffee to direct source coffee from Costa Rica.  This is the first of two coffees we pulled in from them and I had the opportunity to meet one of the farmers, Marco, when I picked it up from the warehouse in Indiana. The Coffee Coffee from Costa Rica is always a big hit with our customers for the rich, sweet, buttery and citrusy flavor profiles that most Costa coffees deliver.  This coffee happens to be a honey processed (red honey) coffee which will add a layer of sweetness and complexity that takes the coffee to a new level. This coffee packs a sweet, caramel, creamy feel with the conventional citrus and orange flavor notes found in most Costa coffees.  There are hints of blackberry with a silky finish.
