Picea orientalis 'Spring Frost' Dwarf Oriental Spruce

Picea orientalis 'Spring Frost' is an upright growing oriental spruce with a broad growing habit. 'Spring Frost' will have shoots of yellow new growth on the ends of each branch in the spring. This new growth eventually matures to a dark green foliage for the rest of the summer.
