Pasture-raised ground pork. Coarse ground pork, great for sauces, meatballs, make your own patties, fill won tons- so many uses! This product could be coming from our own pasture raised pigs OR as part of our Partner Network. When we do not have enough inventory of our own, we proudly offer pasture raised pork from our friend Ben Notterman at Snug Valley Farm in Hardwick, Vermont. Good pasture management results in healthy animals, healthy land, and flavorful, high-quality meat. Made without the use of synthetic chemicals, hormones, antibiotics or GMOs. *this product and all of our meat products are frozen*
