5" x 2" High Temp Nylon Wheel Swivel Caster with Total Locking Brake - Part #: 146HEAT520SBTL High Temperature HeatEater caster wheels have a temperature range up to 475˚F continuous and 550˚F intermittent. Made of a glass filled nylon mixture, these caster wheels can be used in both wet and dry high temperature applications. The hard tread rolls easily and is resistant to oil, grease, most acids, chemicals, and cleaning solutions. All these features make this one of our favorite high temp wheels!  If higher temperature wheels are needed and floor protection is not a concern, check out our steel wheel casters with temperatures up to 1,300˚F. * Total locking brake casters work best with softer wheels like neoprene, soft rubber, thermoplastic rubber & polyurethane. The softer wheel allows the brake pad to grip the tread effectively. While total locking brakes also work with harder wheels, a strong push may cause slight movement of the caster wheel.
