These wheels are more durable and heavy-duty than polyurethane on polyolefin wheels but are heavier and slightly harder to roll than polyurethane on aluminum core wheels. Poly on iron wheels are ideal for heavy-duty use when you want a durable polyurethane option without the cost of premium poly on aluminum casters. They are suitable for most applications, but not recommended for hot/cold temperatures or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Poly on Iron wheels come in variety of colors, tread thicknesses & durometers to meet your application needs. While the color doesn’t affect performance, the tread thickness & durometer typically do.
