Wonderland Sparkle Flutter Sleeve Dress

She is a winter princess whose soul sparkles bright...  Off-the-shoulder tulle flutter sleeves are created one-by-one by hand and held together with satin ribbon that is tied around and finished off with pretty hanging bows. Both the skirt and sleeves have hand-applied rhinestones that sparkle as she twirls!  Six layers of premium tulle create a beautiful silhouette on this princess dress. Bodice has hand-ruched tulle around, with our signature corset on the back for a perfect fit   Bodice is lined for full comfort.  Color is, as always, fully customizable in over 40 shades.
