Ball Bearing Canister Nakiri
This Canister Damascus Nakiri is crafted from 52100 ball bearings and 15n20 steel. After the canister steel was forge-welded into a single billet, it was hand-forged into shape. The blade was then sanded and etched multiple times to reveal a unique, funky bubbly pattern. The handle is constructed from spalted maple and features Rag G-Carta. I can custom-make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here. Note: The patina on a high-carbon knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are alike. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. Over time, the blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use. However, be aware that it may stain if acidic food residue isn't promptly removed. Find care instructions here.
