Stainless Clad EDC / Buckeye Burl

  This knife features a stainless steel jacket over a high-carbon steel blade, forge-welded and hand-forged. The layered result reveals a dramatic appearance. A false edge /swage was added midway down the blade's spine. The handle combines Buckeye Burl with a cotton rag bolster that was cast in resin. The sheath is made from veg-tanned leather that has been hand-stitched, dyed, custom fit for this knife and comes with a ferro rod/ fire starter.  Please note, this blade is crafted from high-carbon steel rather than stainless steel. Each patina that forms is distinctive and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are identical. Over time, the blade will naturally darken and develop a lasting patina, reflecting its history of use and care. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife.
