Textured Small Chef w/ Redwood Burl

This chef’s knife was hand-forged from high-carbon 52100 round bar. The textured blade was hand-sanded to 800 grit, resulting in a satin finish. The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Redwood Burl and Black Paper Micarta. I can custom-make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here.  Note: The patina on a high-carbon knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are alike. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. Over time, the blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use. However, be aware that it may stain if acidic food residue isn't promptly removed.
