Open this when the plan is grilled steak, good music, and staying out on the patio well past sunset. It’s structured, smoky, and doesn’t need much else to shine. Tasting Notes: Deep purple in the glass, this Luberon red opens with smoky, spicy aromatics layered over notes of licorice, blackcurrant, and wild red fruit. The palate is rich and round, with elegant texture and a core of ripe Syrah depth softened by Grenache's supple warmth.
