I named this floral donkey Ellie. A friend and her husband raise cattle, and I noticed a donkey in her cow photos on social media. She explained that their donkey, Paco, fends off coyotes that try to prey on the cows and calves. I used a picture of Paco she sent me as inspiration for this illustration.
