"Pretty Woman" High-Low Midi Dress

This blue dress with pink and cream polka dot print with a spaghetti strap top,  is prefect for feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. This dress is partly lined, has a ribbon belt and a high-low hem. This dress is fitted at the top then flows down.  If you are gifted in the bust we recommend sizing up.  Material is 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane  Cassie sized up to a size X-Large (one size up from normal size) for more room in the bust.
