Pink and Blue Hydrangeas

Hydrangeas are some of my favorite flowers. I enjoy the mix of colors, from their green and yellow leaves to the pink, blue, purple, and white flowers.  When I see these massive flowers, I'm reminded of sitting in the shade on my back porch, enjoying a cool drink, and having long talks with a good friend. There's something about a cool porch in the summertime that lets conversations flow in a way that just doesn't happen inside.
