Lessons & Sessions - One on One

Abstract sumi e Painting Art Lessons, Expressive Art for Personal Growth, Dreamwork and No Fear Watercolor are available. These sessions have two options, either on a mutually agreed schedule. If you are local, we will agree on a site and work privately one on one. If you are out of the city, USA or international, we will work via Zoom. I will present an overview of what to expect, a materials list, a link to a video of myself working in some cases, and we will enjoy a two hour lesson together under my guidance. We begin each session with a brief period of meditative silence to gather ourselves into our centers and a little Dharma talk. For abstract sumi e painting, you will learn basic materials, brushstrokes, and then how to create an original painting from your heart and soul, opening to the flow of Ch'i or life energy. For Expressive Art, we will together determine which medium will be best for you, discuss materials and proceed. For Dreamwork, you will be recording your Dreams and
