Our Butter Cookies, cut into festive seasonal shapes, are made with organic palm oil and organic virgin coconut oil. They taste like a butter cookie without the butter.    Ingredients GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, org virgin coconut oil, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla extract and sea salt.  Icing IngredientsNon-GMO powdered sugar, egg whites and conventional sanding sugar and/or natural food color.
