Mariposa's moist Pumpkin Muffin hails from a recipe that won a Blue Ribbon at the New York State Fair years ago, when it wasn’t gluten-free.  Baked with pumpkin spices and semi-sweet chocolate chips, this tender muffin is a classic.     Ingredients GF flour (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org unrefined cane sugar, pumpkin, eggs, soy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips, water, org palm oil, baking soda, grainless baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon and cloves.
