Axminster Rider A 9-1/2 Block Plane

The Axminster Rider No. 9-1/2 Standard Block Plane is a high-quality woodworking tool designed for precision and control. The plane features a ductile iron casting that is strong and durable, with a weight of just 2lb (950g). It has an adjustable mouth that allows you to switch between fine and coarser work, as well as a micro-adjustable depth of cut that gives you complete control over your cuts. The blade of the plane is seated at an angle of 20°, with the bevel uppermost, giving an ideal cutting angle of 45°. This makes it ideal for a wide range of planing jobs.
