Introducing the G1183 6" x 48" Belt/12" Disc Combo Sander Designed to meet the standards and requirements of professional woodworkers, the G1183 6" x 48" Belt/12" Disc Combo Sander is a robust tool featuring a horizontally, vertically, or angle-adjustable sanding belt along with a 12" disc. The sanding belt operates at a speed of 5000 FPM, while the disc speed is 3450 RPM. Both cast-iron tables are adjustable, with the belt sander table tilting 90° and the disc sander table tilting 30° left and 45° right. Tension adjustment and belt changes are simplified with the convenient quick-release lever. Replacement sanding belts and discs for the G1183 are readily available. The belt rollers are equipped with shielded ball bearings, and the top roller features a fine-tuning knob for precise tracking. The base allows for mounting to a workbench using 5/8" fasteners.
