Jellyfish Necklace - Drawing of a Bloom of Jellyfish - Sterling Silver and Enamel Pendant on Adjustable Chain

This necklace is just plain dreamy. The muted colors and fine line drawing give it a lovely vintage storybook feel.  I make this piece by kiln firing four coats of vitreous enamel at 1400 degrees on to a sterling silver casting that I carved from wax and had molded for production. Then I apply one of my original drawings that I have screen printed with enamel and fire that on top for a waterproof, durable and vibrant finished piece of jewelry.  The charm measures 3/4 of an inch tall and comes on an adjustable sterling chain that can be latched on any link between 16 and 20 inches.
