Their current 2024 harvest is a blend of Taggiasca, Casaliva and Favolosa olives that shows notes of green almond and tomato leaf with a delicate spiciness and mild bitterness. As always, "Chef's Pick" is a vibrant and versatile extra virgin olive oil ideal for everyday use.  How to use This well-balanced, buttery extra virgin olive oil is great for finishing, cooking and baking. Pour over cooked cannellini beans, grilled vegetables and over hearty soups like Italian ribolitta.
