Beautiful orange color, hand cut, firm jell. The kumquat aromas are perfectly preserved in this bright, not overly sweet marmalade. Delicious on toast, it is also terrific warmed as a glaze with seafood, duck, and roasted vegetables. Very limited availability on this labor-intensive product.
