What we love:The ultimate in indulgent dips, this classic Spinach & Artichoke Dip Mix will not disappoint! Bursting with flavor, ours is a slightly ‘lighter’ version that will keep you going back for more…and more….and more! Choose your favorite vehicle to transport from your hand to your mouth - ours is pita chips! Makes about 4 cups. Cook Time: 40 minutes Ingredients: • Spinach, carrot, onion, garlic, fennel What you need: • 1 cup sour cream (8 oz) • 1 cup mayonnaise (8 oz) • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz) Cooking Instructions: • Preheat oven to 350F • In a medium mixing bowl blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, and dip mix • Add chopped artichoke hearts and shredded Parmesan cheese, stirring well • Pour mixture into 8” x 8” baking pan • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned • Serve with pita chips, crackers, or toasted French bread slices
