Joinery Part 2: Hinged Box or Part 3: Side Table (Combined Course) This is a combined course that starts with Part 2 then will transition to Part 3 at the end of the term. You will then be able to complete Part 3 the following term. For those who have completed the 101 Part 1 Step Stool class, in Part 2 you will build a hinged box, focusing on foundational joinery techniques such as box joints. If you have completed the Part 2 Box class, you can continue to Part 3 where you will build on these skills by creating a side table using advanced techniques like miter mortise-and-tenon joints. Both projects showcase practical woodworking techniques that result in beautiful, functional pieces to take home, so refine your skills while crafting timeless pieces in this engaging and hands-on woodworking experience! Joinery Part 2: Create a Hinged Small Tool Box Join us for an exciting woodworking class where you’ll craft a beautiful and functional hinged box designed to keep your delicate tools safe and organized. In this hands-on workshop, you'll build a custom-sized box measuring approximately 10” x 14” x 3 ½” tall, perfect for storing your treasured woodworking tools. Joinery Part 3: Build Your Own Side Table Build a stylish side table while mastering essential woodworking techniques! This class covers key joinery methods, including dovetail, mortise and tenon, and lap joints. Perfect for advancing your skills and creating a functional piece to take home.
