Zester Cuff

It’s been a while since we’ve talked about “shower thoughts”—those random bursts of inspiration and brilliant thoughts that hit when you’re showering, driving, or just letting your mind wander. In one of those in-between moments, I had the idea to switch things up and try carving with kitchen tools instead of the usual jeweler’s tools. (Maybe this traces back to my childhood obsession with carving soap with anything I could find!) So, an old zester and cheese grater I’d been meaning to replace came with me to the studio, and from that little experiment, the Zester Cuff was born. Proof that sometimes the best ideas come from the most unexpected places.
