Brewed by the Munemasa Shuzo Co. of Arita, Japan, this is the first edition of the Bakeneko Sake line, with more to come. The brand partners a selection of independent breweries in Saga Prefecture - the Saga Brewing Collaboration - with the goal of sharing their delicious nihonshu with the world. The Bakeneko name comes from the local legend of a vengeance-seeking 'Demon Cat' that haunted the ruling family of Saga in the early Edo period. ABV: 15.0%
