Ideal at any time of the day, as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to charcuterie, sauce based fish dishes, meat and barbecued vegetables. Serve cold between 6 C and 8 C. Cool it slowly in an ice bucket or at the lowest shelf of the fridge. Open the bottle some minutes before serving and use fine transparent tall glass. Colour: Straw yellow with green reflex, thin and constant bubbles. Nose: Complex, with persistent notes of bottle aging and vegetable nuances. Mouth: Dry, well-balanced, broad and very elegant.
