Iwai Japanese Whisky

Named for Kiichiro Iwai, one of the silent pioneers of Japanese whisky. This is a Japanese homage to American-style whiskies, made with a mash bill of Japanese single malt and Japanese grain whisky, mostly distilled from corn and aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
