It’s estimated that over 2,000 of these diners were built between 1917 and 1952, but less than 30 of them exist today. Sadly, the Owl Diner is not one of these surviving diners. I was unable to find the exact year of its closure, but the structure was demolished and today the Owl Diner’s former location is a parking lot.
