Designed after a period fashion plates; this delightful long Regency spencer jacket has the following features. First, the entire jacket is constructed in a lusciously soft velvet of your choice with the skirt lined in matching fabric. The bodice has lovely lines and contures with its princess seam style back, stand up collar and short shoulder cape. The front closes with six quarter sized covered buttons. Around the waist, a band of fabric adds an added detail. The long skirt of the jacket is box pleated in the back to the bodice giving this jacket a full skirt. The hemline is hand stitched with a blind-stitch to appear invisible. Each puffed sleeve ends with turned over full cuff.
