Tiger Tomato - Lucky Green - (1 Plant)

The Lucky Tiger Tomato. Cocktail style fruits range from 2-2.5-inch-long and ripen to a rich green brushed with streaks of red. Fruit features a slightly crunchy texture and balanced sweet-acidic flavor.  I hesitate to sell green (or primarily green) tomato varieties as they tend to consume the novice grower. This variety, however, completes the Artisanal "Tiger" series I offer so I still wanted to make it available. With this variety you can wait for the onset of those red streaks to tell if it is ripe. Another effective technique to tell if a green tomato is ripe is feeling its firmness, unripe tomatoes typically have no give while ripe tomatoes have some soft give.
