Only 2 left, act fast.  Our 2022 May release features a 48 piece gift box filled with our very first batch of chocolate from the 2021 Maui Harvest. This exclusive pre-release is our CEO and chief chocolate maker, Gunars', favorite estate-grown chocolate to date, as he enjoys what he describes as a port-wine flavor that lingers through the tasting experience.  Much like wine-growing, each year of production has different characteristics depending on the climate and vagaries of nature that affect the developing fruits. In addition to differences in growing conditions, the method and stye of fermentation is often adapted or modified from year to year. The combination of these variables results in a unique flavor profile for each harvest season and year.
