72% Dark Chocolate Gift Tin

This gift tin features 18 individually wrapped napolitains of our 72% dark single origin chocolate, sourced from Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Cultivating a single variety known as the Ecuador Nacional, this family-owned farm excels in producing some of the world’s finest cacao. Dan visits this farm multiple times a year, having maintained a strong relationship with them for over 8 years. In 2019, they won gold at the International Cocoa of Excellence Awards. You are probably familiar with our 65% cacao version which is made unflavored and also with eight flavorings added. Perhaps you have also tasted our 78% cacao version. This 72% cacao version was created by combining the two other versions to create a blended profile that CEO and owner, Guanrs Valkirs, feels is superior to the sum of its parts. The flavor profile is more balanced than either of its parts and highlights the best of both with little residual bitterness.
